Abstract

The Teaching Assistance Program at UPT SDN 066038 Medan Tuntungan aims to improve student competency while supporting the quality of education in partner schools. Through technology-based learning, such as the use of educational videos, students help students understand the material effectively. Non-academic activities, such as making literacy trees and wall magazines, also encourage students' literacy culture. In addition, students also contribute to school administration through Dapodik data collection. Despite facing challenges such as technology adaptation and time management, this program has proven to provide significant benefits for students as prospective educators and partner schools in improving the quality of education.
